1. General Information
Sky2City provides private transportation services through its online booking platform (website).
These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made by customers using our website or other booking channels.
By submitting a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and all passengers included in the reservation.
2. Bookings and Payments:
Customers may request transportation services by completing the booking form on our website.
After submitting a request and payment, you will receive an email acknowledging that your request has been received. This message does not confirm the reservation.
A booking becomes confirmed only after we send a final confirmation email.
Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our customer support team via email or WhatsApp.
Payments may be made in advance through our secure payment gateway or directly to the driver in cash.
We support several payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, Bancontact, and online bank transfer.
3. Prices:
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Optional services such as child seats, Meet & Greet service, or additional waiting time may involve extra charges, which will be shown separately.
Sky2City reserves the right to modify prices at any time if necessary.
4. Cancellations and Refunds:
- • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before pickup qualify for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
5. Our Responsibility for Your Booking:
Sky2City will arrange transportation according to the details provided during booking.
If a vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason, customers will be notified in advance whenever possible.
If a prepaid booking cannot be completed due to circumstances on our side, the customer will receive a full refund.
6. Customer Complaints
If you experience any issue with your booking or service, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

7. Travel Time Information
The estimated distance and travel time displayed during booking are for reference only.
Actual travel duration may vary due to traffic conditions, road construction, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We recommend allowing sufficient travel time when planning your trip.
8.Privacy Protection
Sky2City respects customer privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any personal information collected is used only for booking management, service delivery, and legitimate operational purposes.
